I was unable to change to a more suitable tariff so I changed to a different provider. If they had a better app I might have remained as a customer.

Worst service ever. I ordered a sim card around a month ago and I never received it at my address. I paid 10€ for the sim card. And now after a month I get charged for 8.99€ for the forfait and my number never gets activated. You cannot call them. Please be aware of the scam

Do not get this app or phone service they stole my money I ordered a sim card and it never showed up so I found out that prixtel received it back but the sure kept my money so I just guess we pay them money for no reason the robbed me if I could it would be minus 5 star's
