The Yale Smart Living Alarm App gives you control of your Yale Smart Alarm system from your smartphone. App works with Yale Sync Alarms, Yale SR-Smart Home Alarms, EF-KIT3, EF3000i, HSA6600, & Yale Alarm Kit (AU)

The app is so annoying. It keeps asking for password every time you open or close the app. Put it on fingerprint log in and it's the same. It still keeps asking for password even when minimising or closing the app. You can't keep entering your password when you are in a rush or when others are watching. This is more of a risk rather then security app. So disappointed after spending £500 on the Yale products. The app just let the whole company down. The equipment is good. Fix the app bug please

The app is buggy. There is no option to set arm/disarm schedule for the alarm. Many people including myself accidentally trigger the alarm in the morning and then fiddle with the app or keypad to disarm it. Why don't you fix the issues with biometrics, and why is it taking so long? It shows You're not 100% behind your product and can't be bothered to resolve issues. You're selling Yale kits and accessories that heavily rely on this Smart Living Alarm app. I'm regretting buying your alarm kit.

Battery draining app, I've been in touch with CS, not much help. The issue is with the app. The app runs all the time and randomly sends updates of the yale system status. My android alerts me to the app running all the time and wants to put the app to sleep. once app is asleep NO notification, what is the point of an alarm system. Other apps send notications and don't run all the time. This all started after they sent out they where doing away with sms and would be push notications only.
