This app started strong, but the clunky UX is hard to get past. THEN when I tried to access my subscription information, I received an error message saying to "contact the app developer". So, not only can I not cancel my subscription through the app, but you cannot login to any platform on the desktop site. This is a bad look and highly suspicious. UPDATE 11/17/2023: The app refreshed and removed the "My Subscription" button from the profile screen entirely. Now there's no way to edit payment.

Access problem solved. Great customer service, resolved an issue I had with being locked out after paying up. looks OK so far. This WAS a one star review... edited up because of the solution.. will come back and edit up or down depending on my experience with Moby over time.

Terrible experience! subscription is a trap. Cancellation is ridiculously hard, and auto-renewal charges you without warning. Frustrating and deceptive practices. Avoid this app until they fix their subscription issues. Stay away from their sneaky auto-renewal and overly complicated cancellation process."
