App developers have poor understanding on IOT devices for user needs. Purifiers should allow led lighting to be disabled during night operations when it starts running based on schedules. Instead of working on such a function which most other IOT companies have on their purifiers, momax decided to develop their app to turn orange indicating filter expiry. Momax could have easily included disable led function but chose not to. This only shows momax is not serious with it's IOT devices.

Used this app with the smart scale. The app is unpolished and works poorly. There are occasional typos and wrong labels on buttons. The charts don't show properly so I can't see my weight loss progress. The UI design is confusing.

An absolute nightmare to navigate and barely functions. Such limited functionality with poor UI/UX makes it an utter waste of time and money to purchase their "smart" products. An tremendous disappointment that infuriates. Hard to imagine such a big brand asking high prices would disrespect their customers like this. Please stay away from this mess to save you some sanity.
