Ratings and reviews

Firstly I like the app, it make it to make transactions with customers. But I have an issue, it erases the history of past transactions for some number of months. How then do I then trace transactions when it's more than 5months old when needed. I think the history should not be deleted at all, for reference purpose. I wanted to review my past transactions with someone to confirm my payment made but I couldn't. Thank you for the services

App design is too plain and boring. App takes forever to load. They should be an option for passcode, passwords are annoying to type out. I rarely get SMS and email alerts. Transaction receipts are too plain and boring with too much spacing. Transactions are swift though. Kudos for that one.

I want to use this app but it works abnormally on my phone, it takes much seconds before it open, unlike Opay app and Palmpay, these apps I mentioned above work properly on my phone, they open and transfer very fast, if moniepoint app will be very fast as these ones, I will be using regularly, hope you will improve it,I wish you best of luck
