Worst app I have ever used it slow loading page disappears takes you over to the web one to send anything it never loads just buffering the whole time and can't complete anything as soon as I can figure out how to send my money back to my account I am deleting my account my advice is use a different app there are lots of them don't use this one.

The most frustrating app I have ever used, it is temperamental, it disappears when you go to another screen to get your verification code, fails to complete authorisations and sends you to your browser as it's so limited. Got funds stuck in here and struggling to transfer them. Will never use again!

This is awful. I cannot see my transactions when i have sent money.. I can only see the transaction when I've actually bought bitcoin. I sent a person money who then wanted a screen shot of the payment completed But it's not there in my recent activity so this person won't send me my goods. I've gone through all the steps moonpay has said but nope cannot see that transaction even though the £70 has left my account. I cannot get any help no customer service number or even email. I'd avoid tbh
