Moovr is the first app-enabled bike and e-scooter sharing service in the Philippines. We provide easy mobility for Filipinos wanting to beat the city traffic.

With our app, you can:

Find the nearest bikes and e-scooter hubs
Scan the QR code on our ride locks for a seamless cashless transaction
Locate the nearest ride station when you’re done
Check your ride history

Having enough load for 1 trip but unable to ride. Kinda annoying might as well require an initial payment to the app if you want that security. So now I'm late too. 3 stars.

App is not responding. Cannot even report an issue. No contact number to call to, just email address. Tried ending the ride but the app is not responding. When ending the ride and paid using my card, it starts being unresponsived. Had to download the app on another phone to and relogin just to end the app. The timer is still running so I also have to pay for that.

App is fine but when you are moving and not that familiar with BGC, in-app navigation would be useful. I think just make the map camera follow my current location would be sufficient. Edit: after the recent update, I can't unlock rides anymore even if I have sufficient balance. All going down hill from here.
