App will not load 90% of the time. To get it to load and track, I have to uninstall and then reinstall and it works a couple of times and then right back to not loading. Update on 11/4. Downloaded the newest version and it seems like it's even worse. For example, today I had to unninstall and reinstalled at 12:30 p.m. to get it to work, then at 2:15 p.m. would not load. Had to uninstall and reinstall it again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on the App! We see you are using App Version 4.3.25. Our most recent version in the Play Store is v4.4.12. Please download the updated version and this problem should be fixed for you.

The latest update seems to have solved all the bugs. I've been using this service for 3 years now to keep tabs on my child. This is a really good app and service. It allows you to create geozones, track speed, hard breaking, etc. I definitely recommend this if you have a child that drives. Or really anyone for that matter.

Who was the QA for this new update?? The app takes forever to load have to force close it everytime to update the vehicle locations. Previous user interface was awesome.. Tried to match the mobile with PC which you don't have enough space and requires more data to load everything hence slowing down.. might be a deal breaker and look for another product that has better user interface.. Too much bothersome if you have a fleet!
