They are cheaters. Their marketing executive said its free. No additional charges will be applicable on transactions. Only you need to pay for swapping machines cost. After some days, they started charging for transactions, and then i stopped making transactions. Then they also took a swapping machine from me. ( they said otherwise, you need to pay rent for a swapping machine ).

Sold a product with add ons and did not provide them. The sales guy does not pick calls and stopped answering texts. He used to pester every hour before the sale. The customer care number is non existent and there's no reply from the support mail id. Absolutely pathetic. Don't at all go for them. Better pay some extra bucks so that your business is not hampered. I wish I had checked the reviews before signing up for this unprofessional company.

Worst experience with Mswipe via Union Bank. I faced repeated UPI transaction failures where payments were debited from customers but not credited to my merchant account. Even after providing transaction IDs, Union Bank and Mswipe could not resolve the issue and kept asking me to follow up with the customer’s bank — which is impractical when merchants handle 100+ daily transactions.
