Sentryx Mobile Workforce optimizes water utility resources and improves asset uptime. Integrated with Mueller’s cloud based Sentryx Water Intelligence Platform, the Sentryx Mobile Workforce application provides utilities with simple, intuitive work order management workflows. Near real-time updates keep field technicians informed of their latest work assignments. Field technicians claim and complete work orders directly from a mobile phone. No costly integration with third-party systems or hardware is required.

Field Technicians can perform standard maintenance tasks, including:
- Installation and swap operations on meters, bases, registers, and nodes
- Onsite meter diagnostics, and
- Remote connect and disconnect operations.

Ratings and reviews

Average. It is a work app, UI is open and functions are easily accessed. Lacks accessibility settings. No font options, or outline. No color or contrast settings. This update brought the search options to exposed buttons for filtering. Though poor filter options, would prefer alphabetical not numerical linearity. Too restricted with only 20 items showing at a time, would prefer street grouping. Large number gaps put nearby addresses off list.

I was the first to review this on iPhone platform. Now Android. App has improved a great deal since first introduced to it. Though still no personalization available. No dark mode, high contrast color or font options. Which for some help immensely. Also no alphabetical address filter yet? Numerical is horrible on streets that have large number ranges. End up with so many other streets in-between. I guess you can search it that way, adding another step, and window. Still improving though 👍
