The most useless application for hotel points redemption. When you want to redeem the points,the receptionist will tell you that you should receive the point when you checked out but you didnt receive any point. Then you contact customer helpline to the application the will ask you for the confirmation number. This application should get a reward for being the most useless application👍.

Reservations don't turn up on the Bookings tab, updates to profile don't update. This is just having an app to say you have an app. You will irritate fewer people by not having such an app and say go to the website.

Can't view any rooms and the scan function doesn't work
