App hardly ever works. Most calls come in as a phone call, not through the app. When they do, it often shows me a still image of the person who entered the building on the call before mine which causes a lot of confusion. Intercom is constantly out of service in the lobby, despite only being a few months old.

Based on the description of your complaint, it does not sound like it is an app related problem at all, but a problem with the installation of the system itself. Please reach out to the MGMT to get it properly installed at your building.

The app crashes and freezes constantly and does not notify me when people ring or call from the door. I miss having an actual intercom that works. The app is also big, and requests for support are meet with useless bot emails suggesting things like "update the app" or "reboot your phone." Update: The app is even less stable than before. I can't even log in, even after retting my password repeatedly. I cannot enter my own apt without bothering a neighbor. Worthless app and worthless support.

App interface sucks and is clumsy. Half the time it calls through my phone, not the app, even if I'm inside my home. When it does manage to go thru app, I can't tap it as it pops up to open the app, i have to go to the notification first. Lobby intercom is constantly broken, today has been ringing for 30 min non stop. Sometimes the camera feature shows us someone else who rang previously, not the current person calling. Garbage. In reply to developer: it's both, clearly you didn't read the first part that mentions when the app notifies me. We also know the actual hardware is not working as well, they have been in to fix it several times (it was completely blacked out for over 5 days last week)

Hi Rachel, we apologize for the issues your having! Based on the description of your complaint, it does not sound like it is an app related problem at all, but with the installation of the system. App calling relies on the building internet installed, so if it isn't properly done, then you will get calls to a phone line instead of through the app.
