Trash!!! This app hardly works. It works better to buzz a deliver in when you're away than when you're coming home. The bluetooth hardly works & takes forever to connect. The internet screen freezes regularly, so you can't use the app or the intercom to get in. The time it takes to buzz yourself in you could have used a key 7 plus times. It's actually very dangerous if it takes that long to get into your own building. They removed the keyhole, so we are forced to use this terrible system.

It always gives a problem. It tells me to turn on Bluetooth so it knows when I'm near to open the door and IT NEVER DOES. The screen in the lobby sometimes won't let you get to the part where you can connect to open the door. I requested tags 2 years ago and never received them. This app puts you in danger. God forbid anyone is chasing me or following me, I'd get killed in the vestibule.

Terrible app refuses to work. You cant even check to the camera downstairs cause it always gives an error. By the time you get to see the cam downstairs the person or delivery would leave. it doesnt even call through the app but through the phone
