In a nutshell the "No show" button disabled the support line don't work. can't cancel if a passenger doesn't show up or answer the phone if you go to another app and back to the myle app the waiting time starts all over again. When you call the support phone nobody picks in the last few days from my experience working night shift. It's very frustrating and after that they took $5 from you if you left. That's a waste if time of money as well. Again that's sometimes other times everything works.

They don't pay for as long as three weeks. Every time you need to go to their office to pick up the check. Waste of time. Billing and dispatchers don't pick up the phone for hours. Sometimes they don't pay for tolls. You should constantly double check the toll trips to make sure you were paid. If you do pool rides, myle cuts off 50% next pool rides after first pick up. Don't recommend working for it.

Myle makes it up as they go.... they don't pay for tolls and many times, jobs (99.99%>Access a Ride) are paid less than $2.00 per mile. They charge $3.00 to cancel any job you accept but decide to cancel. What's even worse is that sometimes you cannot cancel the job on the app ,so you'll have to call dispatch, which often takes more than 10 minutes to answer your call and then they try to charge you MORE MONEY for canceling more than 5 minutes after accepting the job.
