Retailer commission is very low for airtel and jio phones .. only gives 10Rs for recharging with 1000Rs.. now a days always shows pending message while transaction. After 10-20 minuets either successful or reversal.. we are facing issue from our customers .. they always says recharge is failed but our app shows only pending status .. how could we know to refund the amount to customer or collect cash from them when it always shows pending status?
