I had a very bad experience with MySyara while trying to use my free car wash vouchers from Policy Bazaar. On 9th Aug, they confirmed an Ajman slot, so I drove all the way from Dubai. On arrival, I was told there were three cars pending and they would close by 12 PM, even though only one car was there. My booking was rescheduled for 14th Aug, 3:30 PM in Dubai. After reaching, they said service was unavailable due to maintenance—no one informed me beforehand. Later, they stopped responding to my

It was a lovely experience at MySyara during the quarantine time. Booked a car service with senitisation package for my Honda civic and I'm delighted with their services. They have done all the things properly. MySyara is trustworthy as they never overcharged me for the repairs. The team is very experienced and professional. I wouldn't haesitate to recommend them anyone looking for car service and repairs.

Totally Disappointed. 1 star is also too much. I worked hard on getting mysyara credits and when purchasing an item. It's roughly giving me any discount rather same as usual price less 10 or 15 AED discount applies. Infact, the shops outside are giving far better discounts than this app. Please fix the credit and either make it points rather than cash to stop confusion or close your app.
