All you need to do is register yourself using your mobile number and report the issue by creating a ticket by mentioning the ward number. You can even add additional information such as the street address, and nearby landmarks, and even add photos to support your claim.

You will be able to track the status of your open tickets with the updates posted by the field agents. You will also have access to the entire history of tickets that are both active and resolved.
