With Napoleon Home, you can control and monitor all compatible Napoleon devices from anywhere - all in one app.

Napoleon Home Lets You:
• Register Napoleon smart devices to a Napoleon Home account securely
and easily.
• Control and monitor devices from anywhere, as long as the device and
smartphone are connected to the internet.
• Features include; setting timers, changing and monitoring temperatures,
adjusting light settings, and turning your favorite Napoleon devices on or
off.
• See the on/off status and connection status of all devices at once through
the device list.
• Firmware updates are automatically applied for improved features and functionality of Napoleon smart devices.

Can't get past the email confirmation during registration. I just need a way to adjust the temp on the fireplace. The remote has forgotten how to set a "smart" temp. I thought the app would help. The app used to let me change colors of the lights. But now I can't even get into the app. Frustrating all around. The remote doesn't work and the app doesn't work. Quite the expensive fireplace that just sits and looks pretty 😡😡😡

The app is very difficult to use. Example...If you change schedule it appears to update but does not update the actual thermostat. After a couple of minutes it reverts back to what it was originally. Also, the temperature does not update automatically, you need to close the device window and reopen it to get the actual temperature. Most settings need to be done on the thermostat or they don't actually work. Useless compared to the Nest app I used to have.

Not sure why this is rated so low but this app has been good for me. I did have trouble getting the thermostat to connect to my router but that seems to be a common IoT issue. The app itself is great.
