many times I tried to verify and waited for the code to be sent to my email or registered number .but nothing. and better if when they try to deliver...they should call a few hours before,or if they will deliver at night..they should call and inform in the morning or in the afternoon, not when they are at the location and call you, so that we could prepare or plan ahead of time,in my case they couldn't reach me cause no signal at work, but it says they tried to call me

Ordered something on amazon, the guy calls me, asks me for location, I send it, he says that he will deliver it, but then doesn't deliver anything and the app says that I didn't answer the phone call. I decide to call customer service, they say that he will deliver it inshalla. also the delivery man isn't answering anymore. Horrible shipping service. why should I confirm my address when I already put it in amazon??

First, we were trying to call the driver who has our order but he decided not to answer his call after he showed a really bad attitude, when we tried to call naqel, no one answered for 3 days, we installed the app. But the maps are not opening to locate the home address, we can't track our shipment. This app is useless
