The nas.io 100 customers challenge was promoted for one-time fee and not as monthly subscription. I assumed removing my card from the profile will not get me charged again. Inspite of removing my credit card details from the profile, I was still charged which is unfair & fraudulent.

since the last app update on Nov 10, the app hangs a lot. The major problem is that once we click on device home button, the app runs in the background, but again on clicking it again, the app doesn't rerun in the foreground. I have to kill it multiple times

its a very bad experience with Nas, i asked for my MagicAd balance refund after closing my campaign on 9/8/25 and as of 22/8/25 despite several reminders & their email replies from different persons i didnt got my refund for the amount which is mine not their. its not worth paying 100$ for monthly subscription aswell, u will not find any community within their platform to whom you can sell product whereas we need to bring our contact/email to their platform so inactual they are the beneficiary.
