Update: After uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It now works. I still don't know how that affected the website, but it works now. Unable to sign into the mobile app. I am now getting a message that authentication has failed. I've tried multiple devices and browsers to no avail. How am I supposed to bank? At first, I couldn't even get in via phone (thought my $ was all gone). I finally got in today by phone, but still not on the app.

Update: after they updated the app everything seems to be working fine. However, when searching through transactions It would be helpful to have more filter options, such as by date. Original: Can't login most of the time! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Doesn't seem to be working.

Mobile deposit does not work on Android phones. It's been literally years and years now that I've had this issue, on multiple different Android devices. I've contacted CS about their garbage app and they pretend it's my device. It's not, because it happened to a two different Samsung phones and a One Plus. The checks easily deposit using my wife's iPhone, but that's a hassle I shouldn't have to deal with. This is something every other bank in America has had working for a decade, step it up NASB
