NPOCU is operating on outdated systems. They shutdown the system every night around midnight to do a system update. They seriously need to get up to speed on current times, with their system. Every other bank, can operate at real time without any moments of checking any balance, interrupted. When it turns midnight it goes to unavailable, on checking balances, and it varies on when it will give you a balance afterwards. I've have waited as long as 2 am before it shows it.

This app makes my checking and savings needs much easier since I have a 50-mile drive to the POCU. I certainly appreciate having it. I like fingerprint login, but then, if I want to make an internal transfer from checking to savings, and I'm guessing vice-versa, I must enter my account password, and that defeats the convenience of fingerprint login.

Don't like the fact that I need to enter my password when making a transfer while already logged in
