Ratings and reviews

Where's the data? At first when I synced I was able to see charts for battery, solar, output, etc. Now nothing. All the app is good for is to see what the current wattage output is and whether it's charging. You can't see battery level when it's charging or how much energy is coming in, just that it's charging. If you're looking for anything else, forget it. The app is useless because it doesn't give you anything more than the display on the generator. App needs more functionality.

A useful app - - - when it works. But, most of the time it either fails to connect or synchronize data. It goes for days without recording any data. I've tried both the Apple and Android versions with the same results. Now I get failure messages in some oriental language each time it crashes. If I had to describe this app in one word it would be "frustrating".

I was informed that this app is no longer supported. If you have a working version do not update. This from nature's generator "[This] recent app update was released to make the app non-functional, as it no longer provides accurate information about the system. This change was made to avoid giving users incorrect or misleading data".
