I put 5 for the content. The app in itself is outdated. But the content is great and I saw positive changes straight on my first flight after using it. I ll definitely recommend the contnent to all who reach the "I travel too much to enjoy it"

I'm very thankful for this app. I've been dealing with my fear of flying for years and needed to fly recently a 15 hour flight. As part of my preparation, I downloaded this app and started to watch the videos every day. The information is amazing. It really helped me prepare myself and answered all of my questions. I also downloaded the videos so I can watch them on the plane but for my luck the airline I was using (El Al) had this exact program on their screens and I used it on the flight.

Amazing application! Super recommended You can feel the amount of care and thought put into the videos, it is so important for people who afraid of flights to use this app! 💟
