● Track claims: Get real-time updates on your claims and preauthorizations.
● Access your ID card: View, share, or download your card - with a quick-view
option right on the login screen.
● Share health information: Let others on your plan view your personal health
information - or request access to view theirs.
● Quickly access your account: Use Face ID to sign in instantly - no typing
required.
● Review coverage: See what’s covered and how close you are to meeting your deductible and out-of-pocket limits.
● View billing information: See statements, track payments, and stay on top of your premiums.
● Get help fast: Message support directly from the app - even from a claim
screen. Your claim information will be included automatically.

Update 11-25-25: Still the same error. Assumption is this won't work on people's phones that have developer options enabled. Hopefully that helps you to figure out how to fix it. Would love to use the new app. Won't work. I get an error REF: 5385:0199:BYPMAZ every time I try to open the app. I know you say not allowing dev options is for our "security" but that is not true. Every insurance app, banking app and other health care app I've used has no issues. All major companies. Please fix!

Can't open it. Comes up with this message. "REF: 5385:6151:7TXXU8 This app cannot run with y...." Not sure what that means as I can't read the rest of the message.
