I have been using this dehumidifier for a year. it works well as a dehumidifier. but unfortunately, I trusted their app and the humidity level information available on the app, and after a year of following its inaccurate humidity meter, I have now damaged valuable musical instruments that have been dried out. if there are others with similar situations, try to be in touch as there should be a class action lawsuit against this company!

This works and the device associated with it was fairly cheap so it is decent value. Setup took a multiple attempts but did eventually work. I like how I can check the current activity and humidity and control it from next door. My only disappointment was that the highest "target" humidity is 70 so it turns on at 65. I bought this for tropical plants so I need it to stay between 70-80, 65 is too low. This means I have to monitor it manually which is a pain.

Probably one of the most intrusive products in data harvesting that I've come across. It's a humidifier.... you don't need to inisit on having an account, my precise location, notifications, home wifi and bluetooth to simply function. (Not enabling these, the app refuses to work.) Why do you need all this data.... (and my time) Giving it 1 star; because most won't even upstand why this is an issue, and bad for the consumer.
