My experience with the app is good. Able to register my UK mobile with no problems. Booked a scheduled taxi to take us from town to the airport. It turned up on time, the driver was very helpful and it was a lot cheaper than previous airport trips with Bolt so can't fault them.

I'm confused about the low ratings but I've only used this app once only. Luckily I've had a good experience. I pre-booked a taxi to collect me from our hotel so we could be dropped off to the airport. I pre-booked for 2am and the driver came at 1:50am and made sure we were at the correct terminal and was very kind. The app worked with my UK number so I was able to verify my account.

The app is more or less OK, feels outdated, but it works. But the service is terrible. I pre ordered a taxi to the airport, and they rejected it at the last minute, so I had to find another alternative in a hurry. It happened twice, but will not happen again, because I will not use their service anymore.
