The user is taken through a series of specific questions related to their site specification and personal preferences, ultimately selecting the correct pump to meet their specific requirement. Once the correct product has been selected, the user is able to follow a link to www.netcopumps.com.au to access further information on the product. The user can also contact Netco Pumps & Equipment directly from the app via a freecall number should they have any queries or require any clarifications. The user creates a personalised account to use the app, which then retains a full pump selection history specific to that user.
