Does not work after submitting files for verification due to error of not being able to connect to netki. This app is deterring hedera hashgraph adoption. Will likely not come back and try again after this miserable, and numerous, attempt of trying to get the app to continue pass connecting to netki

This is terrible, kept punting me back but giving me no options to try again. When I backed out it wouldn't give me a new code and wouldn't accept the first code since it had already been used. Told me to contact support but gave me no way to contact. I'm kinda cranky now.

With the recent addition of ID type and origin selection it has become usable. I think blur/reflection filters should also be introduced. The guide with pictures on how the correct selfie looks like would also help.
