Horrible! It's extremely slow it takes about a minute for it to open and then after logging in it takes another 30-40 seconds. Features like secure swipe does not work it.. unenrolls your debit cards to where you have to call them. Using the App for me is to bypass having to call them and sit on the phone.. so to me the app is worthless.

This app just all of a sudden stopped working with my galaxy s20 5g. It says there's a bug that needs fixed and that once it's fixed I can update it. But it won't open at all anymore.

New Era is very dependable. I've had other banks that I've had to wait the whole weekend to get into my acct. because locked out for no reason. This hasn't happened with New Era.
