If I could give less than 1 star, I will. A very useless app. Successfully converted sent the 4k airtime to this useless app, 4k turned to 3200. No problem, I added my nin, bvn, face recognition but I couldn't pair my account number. I had to buy an airtime of 3200 because I couldn't remove my money, what is the point of converting my excess airtime back to cash if I can't withdraw the money, i just wasted my time and money. again a very useless app. I 100% do not recommend.

Great app overall, kindly fix the Biometrics login function to work, it isn't working, I hate to enter my password every time I have to login, alongside the Balance hide and reveal indicator is not properly set up, it reveals the balance when the eye is crossed, and hides the balance when the eye is open. Overall it's a great app.

I would have given it more stars than this but the fact that one will fund their account and it will not reflect immediately is a kinda disappointing. I know that network has a influence on funding acc but one should be able to log compliant and be given feedback. The customer service on WhatsApp is no longer reachable, I had to send emails and I haven't gotten any response till now. Please try and improve your customer support so your users can log compliant and be attended to immediately.
