Worst user interface I've really ever dealt with. Not sure who set all this up but they apparently have no clue what information is most critical and important to patients. Nothing is clickable. I have a comment on lab results with no where to view that comment. I would have prefer them to just email me rather than download this and create an account only to hit multiple dead ends.

Don't even waste your time downloading this app you can't get past the ethnicity and race it gives you no option underneath them and it won't let you go past it without selecting one brother gives you no option and this is apparently been a problem since the app was launched so how could anyone possibly be using it? My medical records are serious and I was looking forward to an app that was easy to use or just usable in general and my bar is pretty low as long as I can log in and see my results.

Downloaded the app...it does not allow me to proceed 1. If patient is under 18yrs old. 2. It asks for race & ethnicity, buy when clicking on the drop down arrow, it will not let you see any of the options. 3. Without entering all the required fields it will not allow you to proceed in creating an account! This app does not work. I was also on the phone for over 30 minutes waiting to have someone answer me...no one ever did. I drove to the office and still waiting on the phone for someone.
