So after working with support on some specific issues and how quickly it was resolved I wanted to give an update on the review for the app and it's development team. I sent an email thought their support channel on a Saturday none the less and with in about 30 mins a rep replied and we went through a few steps that didn't work, he escalated it and one of the software engineers immediately jump on board to help solve the issues. All in all it was resolved in under a couple hours. Impressive.

This app for Samsung sucks. I lose money because of this unsupported app. I work at a dealership and people could add there selves miles away to the list. I can't even add myself until I'm actually in the dealership. I've lost so many deals because of that and even then when I'm physically in the dealership it tells me that according to my location I cannot add myself. FIX IT!!!! I told my managers already and hoping they get rid of it or have someone fix it.

can NEVER sign in to be on list. which is the whole point for me. GPS and wifi on and working. very disappointed with app. *edit* they called my job and attempted to resolve the issue. appreciate the reach out but it only solved the problem for that day. when I attempted to log in again through phone today it was the same issues again. I have a galaxy j7 revive btw.
