If you live in Tanzania, you know getting tickets to big concerts or sporting events can be an absolute nightmare. This app has the potential to seriously improve that problem. Additionally, some of the BEST customer service you can find in Tanzania. I had trouble buying tickets for circumstances out of nilipe's control and they worked extremely hard to make sure everything was resolved before my scheduled event. Steven Kajamiti, the general manager of Nilipe, really went above and beyond.

I love the idea and design but there are two issues: Firstly, I tried seven times to pay 4k for Nyara but I couldn't receive anything rather than "Payment failed" notification after a 2'long unnecessary disturbance to my device's processor. I have 7 orders now on my pay list and I'm worried about my money being charged out of nothing. Secondly, the right swipe buttons including Profile and Settings does not function. Unless you fix this payment issue, you're the obvious Tanzanians I know.

Hello nilipe customer care service. After fixing my first concern I was able to sign up and purchase a show. I watched the comedy special Sema sijatulia tuu for the first 20min with no problem but after I paused it and tried to resume it won't load. According to your app that special is suppose to be available to me for one week . Pls let me know what's going on
