Ratings and reviews

The bad: I'm watching films to improve my French, but all film titles are in English (even if they are francophone) and it is automatically putting English subtitles, even though I have the option selected to not have any. Update: support informed me that the language of app and subtitles is tied to the language of my phone. I wish I had more control over the language of the app from within the app.

I love NFB films and have been impressed with how polished the app is. The only thing that's missing, unless I just can't find it, is the ability to log in to your NFB account in the app (for example, to be able to sync lists, etc.). Update: thank you to the developers for replying re the planned changes. Looking forward to them!

So many problems. Junk app. Apps freeze even on powerful phone. No ways to choose language for a movie even if the movie is available in many language. Search is broken, you can't find a movie by director's name.. and by the title? You have one chance on 2 that it will just not show in search result. This app is a shame knowing is made by our taxes.
