Nivo is a secure messaging app that lets you send and receive messages, photos, videos and files from service providers like lenders, banks, building societies, credit unions and professional services firms.

The identity of service providers on Nivo are verified so you can always be confident it’s definitely them you are messaging and not a fraudster.

Because messages are encrypted and private you can send confidential information, ask any question and complete a range of transactions.

Depending on which service providers you are messaging, their processes may require you to identify yourself the first time you use the app or if you change device or PIN. This could include being asked to scan an identity document and undertake a facial recognition check.

Only seems to work for U.K customers. If you need to provide verification for an international user the app only accepts U.K numbers, so if you need to provide verification for international users you are stuck.

Excellent...with one exception...you can't manually add the DOB. I had to click 80 x 12 = 960 times to get back to 1945!

The app is glitching and keeps asking me if I consent (which I do every time.) It won't let me do the appropriate biometric analysis and I'm not able to see messages from my solicitor (one minute the app says I have one then there are none,though I've not been able to read any.) It's also taken ten minutes to load once, then it didn't load, then another ten minutes and so on??
