• View your account activity and recent transactions

• Use Interac e-Transfer to send money securely via email or text
• Keep track of foreign exchange rates
• Choose to display your balances onscreen without having to log in
• Get messages about your account straight to your phone
• Pay us a visit using the Branch/ATM locator utilizing your phone’s GPS

Bank securely and with confidence. Our banking app uses the same high level of security as our online banking. You log in to the app with the same membership details as online banking and once you log out or close the app, your secure session will end.

To take advantage of the full functionality of this app, you must already be registered and have logged in to Online Banking. If you are not an Online Banking member, you can still use the Branch/ATM locator and view our Contact Us information.

There is no charge for the app but mobile data downloading and Internet charges may apply. Check with your mobile phone provider for details.

it hasn't worked properly for me since I downloaded it . I've tried deleting/ redownloading and it still won't open for me . Continues to say loading but never loads. I used it all the time on my old phone (iPhone) without any issues and now it won't work at all on my new phone (Google pixel) it's really frustrating

Because my phone isn't the latest and greatest, I have to reinstall the app every time I try to log in on my phone as the "Show password" overlaps the 'Login" on the app. When I called about thus the first time the last from NCU got kind of snotty with me.

App constantly tells me I have no available network when I have full bars and when I'm on Wi-Fi, literally only let's me on when using home Wi-Fi and then turning Wi-Fi off in order to access my account. Can only see my account when at home ..... very much needs to be figured out please. It's not like we can just use a different app now, is it??? Please Fix this issue.
