Changing my review because I can no longer get the app to work. Only loads forever or shows an error screen, pretty much useless. I really hope more will be invested into this app, it would be a smart decision if NGCU wants to keep their younger clients!

As a former employee and current member, I can speak so strongly as to say that NGCU is the highest quality financial institution that I have ever come into contact with. The app is functional, easy to navigate, and if it ever gives you any trouble, a competent and caring member service representative is only a call away!

Deposit amount on mobile banking needs to be more per day. Otherwise it's simple and easy to use.
