Having to change my password every 6 months is annoying to say the least. Especially when I cannot reuse passwords from years ago. It's a royal pain in the butt coming up and remembering a new password with that meets the criteria and I haven't used before. It would be nice if I could opt to turn off the password changes

Truthfully I was disappointed with the change and did not EXPECT to like Mobile Banking. I had always used phone banking and thought I was quite comfortable with it...did not need a change..... sound familiar? Much to my surprise I LOVE it! The ease of checking balance, depositing checks from anyplace you are, and being able to make transfers makes our life so much easier! The change has been GOOD for us! I very much love the app my only complaint is it seems to have more issues and won't let me into my accounts when the bank is closed. Mainly weekends, says server issues and to call. Otherwise it's a good app. Having to uninstall and reinstall to be able to access my information
