Most features work as intended. "Save User ID" checkbox unselects itself multiple times a month, which is triggering, and you can not paste your password into the password box or anything else for that matter. If you have a complicated (and secure) password like I do, this is severely frustrating. Biometric login also clears its own history sometimes, and the biometric login pop-up is finicky at best.

Difficult to navigate, and apparently the auto pay feature doesn't work if they raise your mortgage rate. Really great of them to give me a heads up that I'd need to cancel and create a new autopay when they raised my rate and sent me a letter about that! First late payment of my life and the money was sitting there in an account that I only use for this. I went through 2 phone calls and 9 chats to try to get my money back. Chat feature also doesn't work. Nice!!!

Was looking forward to the new and improved version of online banking. Very disappointed. Was able to get set up and logged in, not able to access the features or look at my accounts/activity. Logged out, tried to log back in, and it won't even let me in! Very inconvienient! Hope this is resolved soon, I relied on it! Don't fix it if ain't broke.
