Most features work as intended. "Save User ID" checkbox unselects itself multiple times a month, which is triggering, and you can not paste your password into the password box or anything else for that matter. If you have a complicated (and secure) password like I do, this is severely frustrating. Biometric login also clears its own history sometimes, and the biometric login pop-up is finicky at best.

It gives me an error message every time. The phone number is to the bank and they can't help. The old app worked well, this switch is annoying. I have loaded, reloaded, turned the phone off and on before and after. Looked for the cache. Nothing helps. It's several months later, no fix. Not one offer to help. Can not use this app. Why did they change it??

PLEASE STOP CHANGING BILL PAY!! š” I have used bill pay from the very beginning, and you are constantly making changes to it. I could pay my bills within 10 minutes of opening the app, and now I need to constantly go back and recheck because you keep adding more steps. I have always printed out all my paid bills FOR THE MONTH. The new changes Make it very difficult to do this. You have not made things any easier, just more confusing! šš PLEASE STOP ā¼ļøā¼ļø TAKE IT BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS.
