3/30/24 - App still has issues as of today, it doesn't work quite right. The app is improving, and more stable since 2021. One issue, when I log on to the app I arrive at the acct summary. I select deposit from drop down and scroll to the bottom of the page to accept the agreement. I then enter the account and amount to deposit and tap the "Front of Check" button, but it throws me to the bottom of the page instead of opening the camera to take a shot. The app has always been great. I had to give 3 stars because the instant transfers have been down for way too long now. Plus for just me apparently, my accounts on another app that tracks all of my accounts, this one (*Northwest* all 3 of my accounts) will not stay connected. Every day I get a notification saying that I have to reconnect my Northwest account. And all I get from both is them blaming the other one

They got rid of an app that works (for the most part) to one that BARELY EVER let's you log into your account. I have personally contacted them about said problem numerous times and they keep saying "a new app will always have some bugs". All they had to do is fix whatever was wrong with the old one and put it into this one, instead they completely destroyed majority of what is left of the app that ACTUALLY worked. I've been a customer for years. I think this is finally the nail on the head.
