their system forever remembers passwords. it's my prerogative to reuse one, but a security risk for them to have a giant collection in a database

navigation is easy access is easy, finding the option(s) I need is easy.

Overall this is a good bank for business. However there have been more than one instances where there were mistakes on their part. Thank goodness for the online banking that shows exactly what is going on in the account so that I can find the errors when they happen. For example I had a cash deposit of $3,800. However only $38 was deposited into my account. They did fix the error when I brought it to their attention.
