Great service. I had problem a problem(my fault),the minute I called with a question it was cleared in a matter of minutes. Customer service is on point with any issue you may have. Wish I would have started accounts earlier. Thank you Nova Representatives

App just quit working. Freezes after you try to log in. Might have to quit the bank over it

One star... For making me "sign" a user agreement that's so long that I feel like I need to hire a lawyer to check it over for me, before I can use the app. I don't like signing things without reading it... And I don't have a full weekend to devote to your user agreement! I just want to check my balance; I'm not gonna *hack your software*. Good grief.
