Would not recommend. Was stacking rewards with a store in my area for a year only to try to redeem the free rewards....and have them disappear from my account instantly without being claimed. The store said it was an app issue, so I need to talk to them. No issue, right? I should be able to get the rewards issued back to my account? You would think. After an uneventful email exchange, no solution, pointed me back to the store. Beware of the shady buisness practices, I feel I have been scammed.

We are sorry you had this experience on the app. Each store is responsible for their own loyalty program. If you have any further issues on the app or you feel that there was a bug causing your points to disappear, please email BLsupport@nrsplus.com and we can further investigate.

This app is just a headache. I ended up getting a new phone number, and there isn't a way to change that information within the app. You have to email support to get your points transferred to a different phone number. I followed the instructions in the email but they asked for the same information again. I obliged and they sent another email saying I needed to fill out all that information again. Ridiculous. Now, I can't even use points because the "Select Time" is bugged. Nothing but issues.

It refuses to send me a code to even log into the app. Tapping the I did not get a code icon does absolutely nothing. There is no real support on the website. I have been trying to redeem points from a store using this system due to them requiring I have the app. Please fix this asap or I will take my business elsewhere to a store with a better system instead of wasting my time and money.
