Used to work randomly. It was reliable sometimes. Now however, the app has stopped working on my phone (samsung S24 ultra) saying there is no Internet connection. It does work on my friend's iPhone 16 though.

Utterly horrific. They have e - gates which are of no use. Immigration lines take about 2 hours to clear as the officers engage in all sorts of conversations in the mean time of checking credentials. They treat you like we are doing them a favour by coming to their country. What a waste of resources and infrastructure. There are many complaints but they always turn a blind eye. Hope it changes ASAP. 🙏🙏🙏

Flight updates are too delayed, it's been a full hour and the app is still showing outdated info on my flight. Had to check the airport terminal screen for accurate info.
