How to use NterNow?

#1 - Find a home online that interests you and drive by the home to check it out and see if it’s on the NterNow system
#2 - When at the front door of an NterNow home, either call the number on the door sign or download our app, verify your identity, and receive a one-time-use access code to punch in the lock. Turn the knob and start your tour!
#3 - Simply close the door behind you when you leave. The door is already reset to lock. It’s that easy!
#4 - In the app, select other NterNow properties to visit. Create your own tour of homes!

Ratings and reviews

I love this concept, especially since I found it while out walking my dog. I was able to walk up to a house for sale and download the app right there at the front door. I would give any app 5 stars for managing to let me do all that and let me in the house. Unfortunately, this app did not let me in. It didn't crash like others have reported, but I got some other error message (which I regretfully did not capture). I also had security concerns about what other guests could be in the property.

The future of home showing. 3 steps: Download the app, verify who you are, get the code and enter the house. No need to call, set up an appointment, wait for the real estate agent to show up, fill paperwork and politely have to refuse the follow up calls and emails. This let's me see the house on my own terms, whenever is convenient for me and then if I am interested I will contact you to talk numbers. This is the best way to tour a house today!

absolute garbage. predatory and lazy. if you're going to have developers not have a representative at their model homes, asking for someone to download your stupid app, give your email and phone number, "verify" you with the phone number, and then MAKE YOU UPLOAD YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE just to tour a model home....that's garbage.
