Akeron ESS is an application created with the aim of providing companies with a tool capable of developing a greater relationship between the company and its resources, creating a fulfilling work environment aimed at organizational success.
With Akeron ESS news, absences, expense reimbursements and time clock stamping can be managed directly by the operator via your smartphone.

Akeron ESS brings together in a single tool all the features that automate human resources management:

Noticeboard – Feeling part of the business
Thanks to the bulletin board module it will be possible to publish and read dedicated company news, notifications and alerts. Users will feel integrated and informed about the company's path. Thanks to internal updates it will be possible to communicate with them promptly and automatically.

Absence Management
The Absence Management function allows you to manage the authorization request for the user's hours of absence on the move, eliminating complicated procedures.
The functionality allows you to view: today's date, the sum of the remaining hours of absence, the hours under approval, the summary of holidays and leaves taken, scheduled and under approval. It is also possible to go into detail and view the dates.

Expense Refunds
The Expense Refunds function allows you to manage the process of entering expense reports and completing the reimbursement request. You can take photos of receipts, enter the relevant information and send everything to the company.
The functionality allows you to view: the current month, the summary of approved refunds and refunds under approval, the refunds entered, with their status.

Check In/Out
The Check In function for managing appointments allows you to know at what time and in what place a user's activity began. Thanks to the smartphone it is possible to send the location of the workplace, the time and additional notes.
A new appointment can be inserted from the App by specifying subject, description, status, customer, order, phase and additional notes.

The appointment in the viewing phase contains Company, Job Order, Check-in time, Check-out time, total hours worked and notes.
