Frustrating! Please stop bouncing the screen with your lame pop-up. I try to tap an item on the menu and just then, the evil pop-up presents itself and I click on the wrong item. Please, fix this. My reply to your reply: How about you have the banners pop up 1st so the screen doesn't move when our menu items pop up. I have never used a more annoying app. "but others aren't having a problem" is an excuse not to fix your irritating banners.

This app is ridiculous. It is trying to do too much for mobile banking, and needs multiple prompts and or restarts. I'm reinstalling to see if it helps reset the app. I've found if I just go to their website, I can find what I need immediately. I'd suggest someone look and see what the customers use the most, then ask the customers what options they want to use on a mobile.

Worst interface I've seen on a replacement app. Can no longer connect accounts to other management apps like mint and personal capital. Connections are always broken. The overall ease and compatibility before the bank merger have all gone away. Hopefully they do something so we can view accounts on other money management apps. Until then don't waste your time.
