Ratings and reviews

The app is confusing it should just have one login for everything. Managing tickets requires looking through each app. Should allow more trade ins not only 8. The app also is buggy and times out so you have to log in all over again.

Absolute garbage. Hangs all the time impossible to navigate. Honestly finding the tickets I purchased should not be so hard. Only reason I installed this garbage is because after I bought tickets to see a game with my son it turned out I can't get in the game without this garbage app. Honestly it's so bad had I known I would have skipped the game. Garbage. Buy something where they send you the ticket in an email instead of forcing you to use a garbage app.

Worst process to purchase tickets. I have a Ticketmaster account, but cannot use or associate. I have to create a new account to claim my tickets. So technically now I have two Ticketmaster accounts, just for 1 event. Nowhere on the website does it tell you you need the app. Just logon using your cellphone (and sends you link for mobile website) to view tickets.
