Mobile app for Oakter’s technologically advanced IoT based smart home products. This app can be used to configure and control following products by Oakter :

- OakView : WiFi Camera
- OakRemote : WiFi Universal Remote
- OakPlug : WiFi Smart Plugs
- Oakter Hub Ecosystem: Home automation ecosystem with smart plugs and smart boxes to WiFi enable all existing electrical appliances in a home

Multiple products at multiple locations can all be controlled by one app. You can also invite 5 more family members to simultaneously use the app.

For past 1 week I had issue with connecting my oakter plugs to Alexa. Contacted Oakter support through WhatsApp and they were very helpful in troubleshooting the issue but still we're not able to fix the issue through chat so today had a video call with Ankit Angad their customer care expert who was very helpful and patient in fixing the issue. He is really a expert in troubleshooting and fixing the integration issue with Alexa. A very big thank you to Ankit 😊 for fixing my issue.

UPDATE: Google Assistant no longer supported. Imagine buying a new device to connect to you Google Home, and it stopped working with no warranties. There are too few options to even make it usefull. For Samsung AC remote, just on/off and temperature! What about so many other button on a remote. If they can map 1 button, they can map 10 more. Not a rocket science.

Till update it was working fine. Since latest update App crashes as soon try to open. This is great problem. Unable to operate from remote location. Don't understand how it happened? Great question on reliability. Useless for future use till reach location.
