horrible. Moving my accounts. Since the switch over to the new Flagstar corporate account because of their merger I have had endless problems getting into my business account online and on the phone app. I even had difficulty at the brick-and-mortar location and had to spend an hour of my time there working with them. This is unacceptable. Even my emails that I am getting to reset my password are unreadable. They clearly did not think this merger through.

Flagstar has done a lot of justice for me, since the formation of my business. Over the last year, however, it has completely failed me. This new corporate connect is a travisty. I can not access my accounts online or through the app. As much as I would hate to leave, as both a customer, and investor in shares of the company, I think it is about time to find another institution to do my banking with.
